Machine floor cleaning at the ULMA Construction site

Behind every well-kept floor there is a good deal of work. And sometimes a proper machine! This time our one-off cleaning team headed to Benátky nad Jizerou, specifically to the ULMA Construction site, where at the client's request we carried out machine floor cleaning.

Machine cleaning is an important part of caring for flooring, especially in areas with regular traffic. Regular cleaning can remove loose dirt and surface soiling, but in residential, sanitary and operational parts of buildings, dirt gradually works its way into the joints and structure of the tiles, and mopping alone cannot get it out. Professional equipment can pull it out from deep within, restore the original look of the floor and extend its life. In the photos from the site the difference is clearly visible: from the sanitary facilities through the changing rooms and kitchenette to the long corridors.

The job was taken on by our experienced colleagues Lidka Kličková and Jarka Šmídová, who are part of the specialised one-off cleaning team at YABOK. One-off cleaning is often the ideal choice for clients when floors need a thorough refresh after the season, before handing over premises or after demanding operation, without having to sign a long-term contract.

Whether it is offices, production plants or company facilities, every space has its own specifics and requires the right approach. Tiles in a kitchenette are cleaned differently from an industrial floor in a warehouse or a carpet in a meeting room. That is why we combine the experience of our staff with professional cleaning equipment and choose a suitable procedure and products for every type of surface.

Thank you to ULMA Construction for the trust and to our colleagues for a job well done! If you need to refresh the floors in your company, premises or facility, get in touch, we will gladly propose machine cleaning tailored to you.
