Post-construction cleaning of a new hall in Velelib

The new hall is standing. But that is not the end of the work before it opens. After construction, fine construction dust and dirt remain on floors, windows, sills and other surfaces. That is when post-construction cleaning comes in.

This time our one-off cleaning team went to Velelib, where we took care of a newly completed hall. The job included machine cleaning of large floor areas, washing of windows and sills, and removal of dust, cobwebs and other dirt left in the building after construction work. With such large concrete floors it is almost impossible to achieve an even result without professional equipment. The machine can clean even joints and small unevenness where ordinary cleaning would only push the dust around.

The job was carried out by our experienced service team of Zbyněk Dohnálek, Ludmila Kličková and Jaroslava Šmídová. Good teamwork and experience with similar jobs make it possible to handle even large spaces in a short time, which is often crucial when buildings are handed over.

Post-construction cleaning is not only about making the space look good in a photograph. It is one of the last steps between a finished building and a hall that is truly ready for normal operation, free of dust on goods, machinery and the technology that is yet to move in. And that is exactly the stage where we take over.

In practice it works best when cleaning follows directly after the construction work is finished. Dust and dirt do not have time to spread to other areas, and the subsequent cleaning is faster and cheaper. That is why we plan cleaning with clients in advance, so that the hall handover date is not at risk and equipment can be moved into a clean environment. We handle post-construction cleaning in industrial halls and warehouses as well as in offices, commercial premises and apartment buildings.
